The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a powerful learning experience that merges the individual work style assessments of Everything DiSC with the renowned team effectiveness model created by Patrick Lencioni, best-selling author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

This workshop is best delivered in a two-day retreat with follow up as needed depending on the results of the retreat and team assessment. However, modules can be broken into a series to be conducted over time to meet your organization’s needs. A Five Behaviors retreat will introduce your team to the tenets of the model, measure how your team is currently performing against those tenets, and support your team in developing (and implementing) a plan for improving its functioning in “real time” using the real-world examples your team currently experiences.
